      Information: Considered one of the main events of the country, the 5th BRAZILIAN CONGRESS OF GOVERNMENTAL LICITATIONS, CONTRACTS AND PURCHASES will congregate, in three days of expositions and debates, in days 19, 20 and 21 of August of 2009, in the city of Salvador, Bahia, famous public agents and some of the most detached Brazilian specialists in the subject of licitations, contracts administrative and control of the public accounts.

     To repeat the success and the repercussion of the previous editions, the event will promote an ample debate on subjects of practical and theoretical interest, by means of the exposition of twenty and three specialists, especially selected by the Brazilian Institute of Public law.

     The event still will offer, as complementary and optional activity, two workshops: IMPLEMENT OF THE SECTOR OF LICITATIONS IN THE PUBLIC AGENCIES and THIRD PART IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR The workshops will have place in day 22 of August, Saturday, between 9am - 6pm, with specific registration and included lunch (Saturday).
